Helix Group delivered the full commercial fit-out for the Brooklyn Boy Bagels flagship Marrickville store, as well as their Surry Hills location, bringing the brand’s bold New York-inspired identity to life.

 

The Marrickville venue features a vibrant, high-impact interior designed to reflect the energy of the brand, highlighted by the iconic bright red exterior and a fun, fresh fit-out that creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for customers. The space was carefully constructed to balance aesthetic appeal with the functionality required for a high-volume hospitality environment.

 

Working closely with the client, Helix Group ensured the fit-out supported the operational needs of a busy bagel kitchen while delivering a distinctive retail experience that aligns with the Brooklyn Boy brand across both locations.
