Bringing a slice of New York to Sydney, Brooklyn Boy Bagel pairs bold branding with a lively, street-inspired hospitality fit-out. Helix Group delivered the commercial interiors for the flagship Marrickville store and its Surry Hills location, with the signature red exterior setting the tone for a vibrant customer experience.

Behind the standout look, each space was planned to handle the pace of a busy bagel kitchen while keeping service practical and efficient. The result is a distinctive venue that captures the brand’s energetic personality across both locations.
